Career transition Program

Career exploration is a process of elimination. You won’t know what suits you best by thinking alone, and you need to try and test different options over time to understand how they actually feel in practice. This stage is about moving from ideas to experience, and using both learning and action to refine your direction.

Testing your thinking is not about finding the ‘right’ answer immediately, it is about gradually narrowing options. Each test helps you eliminate what doesn’t fit and move closer to what does.
